Our Story
InfertilityAid was founded by Dr Minqi Yang and Jihua Liu. We have discovered that most people who struggle to conceive have underlying health issues, both physical and mental. These need to be addressed and restored in order to achieve a successful pregnancy, whether naturally or through IVF.
For more than seventeen years we have worked with patients facing infertility, developing our own way of assessing and supporting them. That long clinical experience is what allows us to recognise the symptom patterns behind each individual’s situation.

Seventeen years of detailed case records let us compare each new patient against a large body of documented symptom patterns. That is how we choose a starting formula and refine it over time, pattern by pattern and cycle by cycle, rather than following a standard protocol.

Dr Minqi Yang
MD from Tongji University (1978). Senior physician in oncology at Tongji University Hospital since 1986 — one of China's leading hospitals. Clinical and research experience at Medizinische Hochschule Hannover and Lund University Hospital. Opened the first Chinese medicine clinic in Sweden in 1996, relocating to Stockholm in 2005. Trained in both Western and Chinese medicine with decades of clinical experience.

Jihua Liu
Master’s degree in Biochemical Engineering from Lund University of Technology. Pharmacy research at the University of North Carolina. Over 13 years of pharmaceutical industry experience. Specialised in Chinese medicine and fertility, Jihua brings rigorous scientific methodology to our treatment approach.
Simay
With a background in customer service and a long-standing passion for Chinese medicine, Simay ensures every patient feels supported and cared for throughout their journey with InfertilityAid. She is your first point of contact and is dedicated to making the experience as smooth and reassuring as possible.

Our clinic is based in central Stockholm, but most of our patients work with us remotely through our digital platform. You go through the whole process from home — with the same personalised support as an in-clinic visit, wherever you are in the UK or internationally.
