In traditional Chinese medicine, the diagnosis is only one part of the overall picture. That is why we build a thorough picture of your health, to understand how the different parts of your body work together. We ask more than 100 questions, looking carefully at things like your menstrual cycle, the amount and colour of bleeding, any clotting, period pain and where it sits, discharge, sleep, energy levels, stress and recovery.

We also pay close attention to your body temperature. Often feeling cold, cold hands and feet, hot flushes or night sweats can all be significant in our overall assessment.

Digestion is another important part of the picture. Many of our patients describe bloating, gas, constipation, loose stools or other digestive issues, so we look carefully at your digestion too, as part of our individual assessment.

No two people are alike. That is why each treatment is designed for the individual and adjusted as the body changes during treatment. Our goal is to make the assessment as individual as possible, taking your whole health into account – not just a single diagnosis.

In countries where we don't have a partner, the consultation is delivered as a digital service, and you buy the herbs yourself according to our prescription from a herbal pharmacy where you live.

Yes. Many of our patients see us alongside IVF or other hormonal fertility treatments. We always adapt the herbal formulas to where you are in your treatment and to your individual health.

The hormonal treatment and our approach have different starting points. While the hormonal treatment follows a medical protocol, we focus on your general health and your individual health pattern according to traditional Chinese medicine. So we follow, among other things, changes in the menstrual cycle, sleep, digestion, energy levels, body temperature and other factors that form part of our assessment.

For many patients, this becomes a way to combine their medical treatment with an individually tailored complement, where both can run at the same time, in close interplay with their regular care.
